So for the sake of a purity test examining public vs. private ownership, they're willing to build 1 dwelling unit owned by the City for every 100 dwelling units that could have been built privately. Public housing is fine, but we need solutions for the economy we have, not the one we wish we had.
Weird that factions w/in DSA are betraying the lower and middle classes on housing. Is this explained as the landed gentry finding useful naive folks to protect their land value, or is the cynicism flowing both ways? Or worse: do they believe their own bullshit?
