Iโ€™ve noticed a trend of software engineers being required to take on DevOps tasks. While this can work in a short term, eventually many projects end up needing a DevOps engineer to review the infrastructure and refine the procedures. What are your thoughts on this?

Vercel seems cheaper in the beginning but it will cost you a lot when you start scaling. Migrate to AWS instead.

Depends how bad the AWS infrastructure is. I've seen lot of AWS accounts with over provisioned resources.
