In plenty of time to attract the attention of #MassEffect creators. How about we make November 1-7 2025
#MassEffectMultiplayerWeek. ?
Some fun on the MEMP maps and gets it in the calendar ahead of #N7Day.
Anthem's shutdown is a useful reminder:
Use it or lose it.

Anthem is deeply flawed but had wonderful traversal and solid gameplay. No, that wasn't enough as the limited scope, dwindling audience and lack of a single-player track gave it nowhere to go.
After this adventure, BioWare at least is firmly focused on its home turf of Mass Effect.
Quite the blast from the past. π―
Remember convention appearances being shared and debated on old, old, BSN... (could even have been old, old, old, BSN). π
With the 'in development' #MassEffect TV show in mind.
(If they wanted to and the show wanted them to)
Which actors could (should) reprise their roles? π€
Very tricky. Of the 4 games there are totally supporters that consider each of the 4 to be 'the best one'.
There are so many... π
Truth. Few games that have struggled and managed to ship are undiluted trash.
Many are 'average' (which is kind of what average means).
Even those that are deeply flawed can find their followers.
Image from Leliana's Song DLC showing Leliana alongside her name.
And curiously, that first Veilguard trailer was like the opening to the 'Leliana's Song' DLC.
Plenty more to come.
And clearly, her parents by naming her 'Lace' wanted a homely domestic daughter.
How did that work out? π
If you'd like to read what happened on the previous 12 N7 Days (now updated with this years' N7 Day 13).
We have a thread on that.

Tis ironic that so much of meaning may be overlooked or dismissed as a mere wall decoration.
A mistake Rook's Veilguard could easily have made.
And doubtless many players and critics who ran through the game with undue haste have also made...
Dragon Age The Veilguard
When it can take 5 hours (and 4 revisions) to leave the Character Creator, you might be waiting a while... π
Dragon Age The Veilguard launch day.
BSN is ready. Discussion threads for gameplay, tactics, story (spoiler tagged), screenshots, Rook designs and help if you get stuck are all up.
Enjoy it (posts will dramatically reduce; Going to be occupied. π)

The mathematics works in the favour of review bombers. Let's assume the game is in reality an 8.5 as reviews indicate.
A review bomber dropping 0/10 has around 6x the impact of an enthusiast dropping a 10/0.
That's just counting.
Once Dragon Age The Veilguard launches, we'll be discussing builds with seasoned community veterans.
* Warrior, Rogue and Mage Builds
* Companion Builds
* Advanced Gameplay Tactics for Top Difficulty

Dragon Age The Veilguard π
OpenCritic - small score fluctuations still possible.
'Underdog'?
Different difficulty names? π―
Shared because there are reports of posters replying to #DragonAge posts with spoiler replies. π‘
Also, on Review Day, Oct 28th, BSN will be running a moderated Review Thread with collected scores and general feedback without spoilers. Take care.

Sadly predictable. A good chance exists of ending spoilers and ending spoiler thumbnails being posted indiscriminately to 'upset the wokes'.
If you've waited 10 years for the game, don't blow it now.
Do what you will with social media, but the case for sticking to only safe locations is strong.
Physical Dragon Age The Veilguard copies have been spotted in player hands. Take care.
Thank you. Hadn't quite got here yet. I find Bluesky exponentially more safe than the Upside Down.
Just because physical copies have been confirmed doesn't mean that huge spoilers are going to leap into timelines in 10 minutes.
But best to be aware of where we're at, it's a matter of time.
If you ever wanted to do a 'Director's Extended Cut', I'm sure the community would happily pass it around. π
Ah. Nightmare is no joke (but totally awesome).
Finished a nightmare run a few weeks ago.
Obviously levelling really helps as does using fade-touched materials in crafting and yes, use grenades, potions, whatever you can.
Good luck. βΊοΈ
[Being careful as I'm not 100% sure where you're at].
A little while after you close the Breach, you'll have the opportunity to learn specializations from the war table.
According to Tom Henderson on 'the other place'.
