WEBBINETTE (Webbing+Marionette) is based on Trashline Orbweaver Spiders of the genus Cyclosa, found in Peru and the Phillipines. They create large spider-like decoys using debris to scare predators. They move their webs to make it looks like the decoy is alive like a marionette

WEBBINETTE (Bug/Dark) - The Puppeteer Pokemon

This spider pokemon creates a large puppet using leaves, wood and webbing to scare off predators and help trap larger prey. Their web is stronger the steel wires.

Another idea I got from watching David Attenborough shorts on YT

SNAPIQUEN uses her large snapping claw to carry their babies inside a sponge and she can also shoot the babies as living projectiles by shooting them out with powerful jets of pressured water. The babies love being shot this way and will swim back into the sponge on their own

They are based on Synalpheus regalis, a species of Pistol Shrimp that forms large colonies inside sponges where a single female becomes a queen and delivers all the eggs, the first aquatic animals to display this behavior

SPONBEE (Water) & SNAPIQUEN (Water)

Convergent COMBEE/VESPIQUEN line. This shrimp-like pokemon live in large colonies inside sea sponges. The strongest female amongst them evolves to become their leader.

ARGONAUTIC (Argonaut+Nautical) is based on the Argonaut Octopus, a species of octopus that create shells they fill with air to float
