All against one, the entire social power condensed into a guillotine, collective force employed for a single agony, is there anything more despicable ?

The civil servant assassin, the assassin who has a dwelling in the law, the assassin in the name of all! He has my blessing and yours, to kill. He strangles or slits throats, then taps Society on the shoulder and tells it: 'I work for you, pay me'.

First of (many?) incoming outputs on Quantum tech I have long worked for with my amazing colleagues at the Science and Tech policy division, bibliometric data on Quantum Technology publications to be found here : stip.oecd.org/stats/SB-Sta...

My first poster as a student was eye traking patients while preparing a chocolate cake in a kitchen environment to detect attention deficit, it brings back memories :')

I remember a class where the professor mentioned the hypothesis that maybe the effectiveness of ketamine on depression that is otherwise unresponsive to treatment might be linked to its anti-inflamatory properties.

One more step on the glorious road of the great shitification of everything. A wonderful way to push away actual talents and replace them with rabid simulant fueled mediocrity.

The name Crémieux is likely a reference to the Crémieux decree that gave french citizenship to the jewish populations but not the muslim ones in Algeria during the colonization.

As French, I had no idea that was an actual thing, until living in California and having friends admit to selling their blood to make ends meet. I had the same horrified reaction

Exactly, since when did we decide we would only tax cash ? And even if you have to sell some... well... it’s too bad, these are publicly traded companies not you grandpa's shoemaker shop

Point (b) has globally become the new main talking point when it comes to opposing taxation :"it’s not real money, it's valuation". That drives me nuts.
