I can’t make him responsible for managing my ADHD. I forget important dates a lot. And yet. It *hurts* to know he was aware and didn’t say anything. Why let me (and himself) crash into colossal disappointments like this. How is this kind or loving or caring, why does this make me feel so unloved.

Which went from “fuck yeah I’m excited” to “tuning my camera off and crying uncontrollably every now and then” real fast once I realized half an hour before we started that it’s our anniversary and I had completely forgotten about it.

How the fuck am I supposed to be kind to myself about that.

Fucked up another rather important thing - anniversary today. Could’ve been saved if my partner had been a little more gracious, but I don’t blame him for me being completely oblivious to what day it is. I just wish he had. He had a gift and everything. I had nothing and D&D in the evening.

A Kalashtar woman with purple hair stands before the projection of her hashalaq quori (looking like a vaguely humanoid shape made of blue tendrils) and says "Go back to Il-Lashtavar and tell them that you will never win" to a dying tsucora quori (a massive red-brown creature with too many eyes and black claws).

Last session we encountered a tsucora quori who had been trapped into a Giant facility, and the fear and shock triggered my cleric to project her hashalaq quori for all to see.
Then she bid an epic provoking farewell to her dying foe 😎

The same woman and hashalaq quori are glancing toward the rest of her party who seems shocked and speechless. There is a bugbear druid, a dwarf artificer, a half-orc fighter, a shifter monk, and K.O. on the ground lies a warforged barbarian.

Bonus: her party's reaction probably looked something like this since none of her companions knew she is a Kalashtar (excepted for the bugbear maybe) 🤣 Can't wait to see if someone will have QUESTIONS next session!
