Oh geez, oh frick, I haven't posted since February, don't panic, here's some weird mushroom, crocodile... fairy... thing.
My method is to focus the design around one eye-catching trait then build off of that. Like a really big hairstyle, weird eyes, or maybe an article of clothing with a color that pops, then I go from there. I start with a small and specific idea that guides my problem solving if that makes sense.
Friendly reminder that I do this whole art thing for money! Commissioning me helps immensely with me being able to do what I love!
