Only the Greens propose any serious tax reform. They want to tax the billionaires and dump AUKUS, which would fund their policies (think housing, defence and dental into Medicare) without plunging us into deeper debt. Their Echidna style defence policy is the only intelligent offering for voters.

Asked this morning why nuclear plants are uninsurable, LNP luminary David Littleproud said they were usually 'self-insured' (another word for 'uninsurable'). Very unclear! He also banged on about carbon capture and storage and 'baseload power'. What a fossil!
