I hope the positives to come from Trump's second term is a more united world and a blanket rejection of the right wing in future, both in politics, and in general.
But the fact that Trump was given a second term means I'm not entirely sure that will happen.

I completely agree with this. I would also be looking to find Europe based alternatives to as many US trade agreements as possible and start implementing a Europe wide trade disassociation with the US to lessen Trump's leverage with threats of tariffs.
You know those minerals are going to find their way to Russia with or without a deal.

I'm genuinely expecting Trump to suggest America taking over Ukraine and turning it into a massive holiday resort.

I would then inform him that, due to this victory, his second term has now expired and there will be an election which he would be unable to run in due to the limit of two terms in office.
