Oh yeah as reference mine came in all at once which is why I missed one period by mistake (misplaced one slip, thought I paid it all.) I'm a Japanese citizen though so things might have been forgiving for me to fix. If you have the means to streamline the process I'd recommend it.
If all the payments have gone through I believe you should be fine! Good to keep them on hand for your record though. I also remember being overwhelmed at all those slips coming in and being unfamiliar with how the insurance year was cut up here.
If you're concerned though I've found people at cityhall extremely helpful for navigating these papers. Every time I've gone there for help they've been kind and patient.
If you paid all of them then the term for the year should be covered for the periods you have paid. The next batch won't come until next year.
If by some chance you forget to pay up, they'll send you an angry yellow slip after a while saying you have one more month to pay up. (Happened to me oops)
