4. Panel Das Gefühl ist manchmal so intensiv, dass wir auch gerne dazu stimmen, um uns wieder zu regulieren. Happy Flapping! Wir können uns auch danach erschöpft und überreizt fühlen, weil das Gefühl sehr überwältigend ist. Dann brauchen wir eine Pause und müssen uns erholen, das ist vollkommen in Ordnung.
