Last night, our friends @caarprnow.bsky.social now honored longtime NLG Chicago member Jim Fennerty at their annual working class awards dinner. Jim has been a mainstay of our chapter for decades, mentoring members, defending protesters in court and serving as a legal observer.
Join us at Haymarket House on June 11th for a night of celebration and reflection as we sustain NLG Chicago’s work for another year together!

The last day Alex Pretti was alive was a day of triumph. Minneapolis went on strike. One thousand businesses closed. One hundred faith leaders were arrested in a civil disobedience action. Tens of thousands marched in the streets. It was called the Day of Truth and Freedom.

Earlier this month, he was found not-guilty by a jury! Hear from his attorneys on 2/19 at Grace Place.
