It’s nice to rock another candidate’s gear every once in a while. Shout out to our next Governor, @jerrigreen4tn.bsky.social.

Rain ain’t stopping us from getting to the polls!
Polls are officially closed for today, but we’re right back at it this Monday!
I encourage everyone to get out to vote and vote *early*! There was no line at Second Baptist, so it took us maybe five minutes to get the job done.
Wasting $300,000,000 taxpayer dollars that could be used for our public schools?
That’s the sign of a real dummy.
The Expanded Voucher Program, $300 Million of your tax dollars will be subsidizing Private Schools, with most of their families already having their students in these schools.
This legislation abandons the promise of a quality education for all children in Tennessee.
Early voting has started, but how will you vote? Early? Election Day? Absentee?
Stay informed on what options are available to you, but no matter what, make a plan to get to the polls!
No matter who you are, someone in your life has been touched by breast cancer. For me, it’s both my mother and grandmother. Proud to join the 12th annual Sista Strut, a celebration in the fight against breast cancer.
We need folks to vote the entire ballot.
If we do this, we wil have a better and more engaged Democracy. If f we do this we will have better Candidates running for these positions. If we do this, our voices will be heard.
If you've been following what's been happening at the State House, you know we need change. We need legislators who will prioritize the needs of working families, and to do that we need to flip some seats.
If you want to chip in to flip TN97, you can donate here: secure.actblue.com/donate/jesse...
It’s that simple.
We’re seeing a mass rejection of Trumpism. Every special election is evidence that now’s the time to push hard for change in leadership in states that have been harmed by corporate-first, family-last policies.
It’s time for change. Let’s get to work and deliver these results for Tennessee!
Mississippi knew better than to let Vouchers plunder their tax dollars. Now, we’re facing the Republican legislature *double* the amount of vouchers issued this year.
Update on Road Conditions here in Memphis:
It looks like roads are clear enough for food deliveries, so expect store shelves to slowly be resupplied.
Roads are still a bit rough, so I'd only go out if you need to.
Stay safe and warm!
We’ve re-launched our campaign to flip Tennessee State House 97. With all that is happening in our state, & country, it’s imperative we renew our efforts to elect legislators that will prioritize serving our communities.
Please join our efforts to flip this seat!

A great weekend of activism up in Nashville supporting @aftynbehn.bsky.social and her campaign for TN Congress!
Election Day is December 2nd, and if you’d like to help, I encourage you to reach out to the campaign! Remote volunteer work is available. I’ll throw the graphic in the first comment.
Join us this Tuesday as we welcome Mauricio Calvo, CEO of Latino Memphis, along with Heidi Kuhn as our guest Candidate speaker.
If you can, please bring non-perishable items for our food drive.
Tennessean: “Local democrats rally around Aftyn Behn…”
And some random Memphian the middle of the picture.
Had a great time traveling to Nashville to support Aftyn Behn in flipping a congressional seat.
Let’s get better representation for everyone in our state!
Nothing ends the work day (morning?) better than lunch with Gremlin #1!
It really shouldn’t take a court order to get our government to feed the hungry, but here we are.
There has been enough agreement on both sides of the aisle to get this done, now hopefully the President and his administration will get back to the work of serving the people.
Vermont is doing its job.
Tennessee has the funds to extend SNAP benefits through the government shutdown, while House/Senate Dems are calling for a Special Session to get it done.
Gov. Lee, however, has decided feeding folks isn’t a priority.
It’s politics over people.
Join us Tuesday, September 30th, as we welcome DA Steve Mulroy (@mulroyda.bsky.social) & Assessor Melvin Burgesss. We hope to see y’all then!
Good morning. Throwback Thursday. Let’s Go!
