FYI- in the future, if you want to use oil based ink, you can clean it up with vegetable oil instead of thinners. Makes it virtually non-toxic

Ok. Part of it could be the ink. I find water-based ink to be very thick and dry too fast. But you might also need to roll it out thinner but do more coats so it covers well.

You could also put a board on top and have the kids stand on top. 🤣

We just rolled up stuffed animals and ran them through the press! 😆 you just have to make sure the stuffy is soft enough and the press is loose enough. Make sure you put them face down on the paper or the paper will wrinkle
