I’m back after a long break. Is anything notable happening on social media today?

Finished my presentation materials for my NAEA workshop next week and I can honestly say have never worked harder on a slide show before. 😬🤞🏻💪🏻

Insomnia wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t a teacher. With a 5:30 wake up time. And a half hour commute. Should be a great Monday! 😂😂😂😂😭😭😭😭😭🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Well, that’s fair. It feels that way. A lot. And maybe we won’t. In the meantime, let’s plan as if we do. Even if hope seems futile it is still what moves us forward.
I feel like what we need now is less someone to stand AGAINST (because duh) and more leaders to stand WITH.
Mills.
Crockett.
Pritzker.
Buttigieg.
AOC.
Beshear.
Who else is leading in a way that is both resistance and visionary leadership? I need to know we can move forward beyond the fight.
What I love is that we are building a LIST of smart, strong leaders and I can’t say that was as clear in recent years. Pete is one of them, for sure!
That’s true. I love him for us and we need him to protect us from our own legislators. Let’s keep him. But everyone else should know that Kentucky has an awesome Governor! 🔵
Evelyn is about to have a big presence in my work. She can get it.
Yes! Janet Mills for President. Maybe VP Pritzger. Or Crockett. Also my awesome governor Andy Beshear. I’m seeing the leaders emerge that I want for the future.

A square canvas. Only the top corner is filled with Harings distinctive figures, rendered in Lavender, the rest is blank.
Keith Haring died of AIDS aged 31 on 16 Feb 1990.
One of his last works, Unfinished Painting, was deliberately incomplete, reflecting the devastating, unquantifiable loss to the arts due to AIDS.
