Politicians should not have a say in our personal health care decisions — including decisions about sexual health, pregnancy, and gender-affirming care. Patients’ medical decisions should be between them and their health care providers. Full stop.
Did you know? 6 in 10 abortion seekers in the U.S. are already parents.

Another day in the MO Capitol means facing big personalities who are dead-set on stripping our reproductive freedoms. Thankfully, reproductive champions stood up against Senator Mike Moon's SJR 72 that would grant legal status to embryos and fetuses.

SJR 72 is a constitutional amendment that would redefine the word “person” in Missouri to include every human being “from the moment of conception.” This proposed resolution attempts to ban abortion, and threatens essential reproductive health care, including access to contraception and IVF.

These bills ignore science, doctors, and families, and if they sound familiar, it’s because they keep coming back year after year — these lawmakers are counting on exhaustion. But Missourians are organized, informed, and ready to fight back.
➡️SB 861 attacks evidence-based health care and would make Missouri's ban on gender-affirming care for minors permanent.
➡️SB 999, also known as the “Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act,” would undermine medical judgment, spread misinformation, and advance a dangerous anti-abortion agenda.
🧵 Evidence-based health care is being attacked once again. On Wednesday, the Senate Families, Seniors, and Health Committee heard two more overreaching bills. ⬇️
