Toad opened his present from Frog. It was a beautiful new clock. The two friends sat by the fire.

The hands of the clock moved to show the hours of a merry Christmas Eve.

We do everything from pizzas to olive oil dipping to folded sandwiches with them.

This is 200 grams of starter, 600 water, 1000 AP flour, 20 salt and 30 olive oil. Mix, let it sit on the counter for an hour, then refrigerate overnight.
Divide into 6 300-gram balls the next day, and let them rise at room temperature, covered. Shape, and grill over a hot flame.
