i sometimes miss the partial hospitalization program i was in 5 months ago

ive held a full time job for 7 months and i do not know how ive managed this

insane

this happened again a couple days ago except for my bitchass didn't realize why i was shaking/waking up every 30 mins all night until it was 11am and i was getting up. threw off my whole day

apparently i am significantly more tolerable than 6 months ago

i forgot to take my psych meds at bed time, and woke up at 6am fucking shaking over withdrawals, and now im going to look like im fucking tweaking the rest of the day i think

im carving my pumpkin november 1st and im going to pretend its still october

6th day was today and its actually started to help quite a bit shockingly

i cant believe halloween is getting so close

second day wasn't too bad, first day was just scary

started a partial hospitalization program for my mental health and im ngl that was so ass. still got 13 days left of it 💔

still losing weight rapidly but its bound to stop eventually I'd think

i dont really mind but that was like 15% of my body weight and apparently its considered concerning to be losing more than 1 percent of body weight a week

definitely did but i dont think i saw any posts on it prior, i just saw the pref they/them and was like yeah that he/him is not going to last long

i did it for pride month, did rainbow hair for pride month in 2023 too but it wasnt nearly as good

(also the green, purple and full rainbow hair i had this year, i never stop changing it up)

it'll be back before too much longer for sure, ive already had blue twice this year. and tbh this is also my second time having black

thrifting and using rit dye is a cheap option, more expensive option would be depop but you can find such cool shit on there used

ive been waiting for this day for like 9 years. im dying

i think i have long covid or something because its been one month since i got sick and I'm still coughing my lungs out
