VRM is a 3D VTubing format. its the main one im pretty sure :D
i specifically use VRM0 as i recommend VSeeFace which only supports that, but I'd like to find another program that allows for VRM1

I think with VRChat, there's addons you can get to let you have more control! I mainly do VRM models though which lets you change UV offsets super easy peasy :D

The eyes use blendshapes that move the UVs! I have a 3x3 grid of different eye textures for looking around :D
