Hey all! It's nearing the end of January, and I'm still seeking full time employment. I've been trying to keep up with embroidery, and unfortunately its both way slower than I can keep up with, and simply not sustainable as a main source of income. Still chugging along with comms, but I need work.

I had this realization in Japan where I wore two near identical outfits in a row, and then began thinking how many long sleeved pink tops I own. The thing is I saw another recently that I kinda wanted to get...........

In the footsteps of Persona, Metaphor Refantazio has a whole place where you can walk up to bookcases to read about the different classes (i think with some lore if I'm remembering right)

Next for @fruitgolf.bsky.social is the Kitchen level! Where you become tiny and golf around. This was a level that already had a rough level design when I came in, it was fun helping improve it and make some cool assets for all the different food boxes that show up!

Next up for concept art I've done for @fruitgolf.bsky.social is for the spooky scary level! The interior level in game now looks very different from these initial concepts, but it was still great to make these and think how a golf course would work in a castle!

If you ever see me upload and then immediately delete an art post, firstly no you didn't, secondly it is me yelling "ah shoot the alt text" and scrambling to fix it.

The exact layout of the town wasn't finalized for awhile, so I made a lot of the buildings to be mixed and matched as needed. This art here is probably the first I made of our Western town, it looks ready for a shootout but a bit too straight for a fun golf course.

For the first illustration I had made initially just the design of the room to think about layout of the room. At this stage I was also thinking about color, and thought it would be fun making a spooky setting have pink in it which is why the stained glass all ended up pink haha.

Posting things on social media for me has always been "ehhh I'm not sure if this is good enough" and I want to break out of that and just. More art! More sharing! More getting excited!!!!
