Need you to know that this picture led me to think the words “omg I need bangs” for quite possibly the first time in my entire adult life.
(I do not have the hairline for bangs. I had bangs as a child and as a teen and looked like I had a bad mullet. I cannot get bangs and I know this.)
Moved out on my own for the first time a week ago and so far my car’s check engine light is on, I got food poisoning so bad I needed an ambulance, and now my cat is making frequent litter box trips.
I understand the desperation that led people to make ritual sacrifices in hopes of better times.

Got approached at the grocery store by petition circulators to put Prop 4 on the ballot and the way they worded it was so fucked. “You know about gerrymandering?” Yeah, I know about gerrymandering. “Well, this is just to give people the option. Y’know. Just to get it on the ballot.”

I second everything John said here. I already knew Greg Ketter from DreamHaven Books was a good person so this really isn’t surprising, but at 70 he shouldn’t have to be walking through tear gas on a Minneapolis street to try to protect his neighbors. Abolish Ice.
