That is a great start and you'll see improvements on your body! Just be so gentle with it if you use it on your face. A light moisturiser on your body afterwards might be wise too - always makes your skin feel super smooth.

Do you use an exfoliator? Gently massaging it on your skin 1-2 times a week in the shower has helped me massively! Clears out your pores and scrubs off your dead skin. I use Lush's Ocean Salt scrub on my face/body, and once or twice a month I use a coffee scrub.
I'd love to see him try, though..
HELLOOOO I am back! ADHD brain + deleting the app from my phone to clear space meant I totally forgot this existed for a minute there. Gonna try to be more active again!

The first concert my friend Nick and I went to together was Rudimental back in 2013. We were front row and had the best time. Ever since, our song has been 'Free'.
Last year, Nick suddenly passed away. Tonight, I'm going to see Rudimental live again - for the both of us.

When using Microsoft Word or Google Docs, don't just make text bigger and bolder to make it a heading. That will work for sighted users, but screen reader users will miss that and just hear it as normal paragraph text. Use actual heading styles, like level 1 through 6.
