Oh, sorry, I thought I was being rational - in my mind, anyway. I won’t be using Bookshop anymore because of the reasons I’ve stated. Instead, I shall be doing what laziness has stopped me from doing and actually go into my local bookshop and buy/order from them directly

But Spotify will be taking a cut from this as well - they won’t be doing this for altruistic reasons. And then one day Bookshop will be absorbed into Spotify, as always seems to happen with these collaborations.
Spotify’s business model is to effectively steal artists work - either not pay them at all or pay them a pittance. There’s also Ek’s investments in AI drone warfare, and Spotify’s embracing of AI. What could go wrong?
Weird

I used to play this to my grandson when he was wee and we’d both look at each other and go ‘in the bath’ at the appropriate time at the same time 🤣
Some pebbles painted with flowers and seascapes next to a painted stone saying ‘Please take a stone. Have a nice day at the M.O.K.’
Have a nice day at the Mull of Kintyre
The base was a hodgepodge of buildings. You can see here, to the right of the new, blue building, the old ops tower and the old main building in the process of being demolished.
Even after all this time it still makes my spine tingle
It’s a massive statement - ‘This is us, we are here’
Rat’s opening salvo 👌
Then they have the weatherman on

I thought it was something to do with @nightingalesuk.bsky.social
Oof. That’s some interpretation!
Can confirm that this is definitely worth applying for.
The same day as Rabbie Burns. Coincidence?..
