If we want a spirited real top-two race, Democrats need to be strategic. Pick Becerra or Steyer, but don’t waste votes on the other candidates.
Becerra took $39K from Chevron. In a statewide race, that's not enough to make anyone “owned” when you look at campaign costs. We learned with Trump what purity tests cost. If Dems hand this to a Republican, expect more drilling, lower taxes with cuts to education and healthcare, & open arms to ICE.
