Those accounts are farming for followers. They are targeting new users and taking advantage of people's natural desire to want to connect. Once they've reached a certain size, they are often packaged and sold or rented to the highest bidder for scammy marketing and/or disinfo campaigns.
What features would comprise an MVP of a version of Bluesky that is oriented towards teen users (13-18 y.o.)?
More aggressive and fine-tunable content moderation?
Options for a parent account to audit interactions & get weekly reports?
Curated feeds by a parent network?
Oh did I mention - it uses the modern iOS photo picker, which is significantly faster than the one the official app uses
