My Dad chipping in to a conversation my brother and I were having about music, saying ‘Do you still listen to The Ben Fogle Four?’ (He meant Ben Folds Five)

Absolutely!

On holiday in Spain in the early 90s, I was in a bar wearing my West Ham top, a Scottish lad asked me if I was Julian Dicks. I said yes. Excited, he introduced me to all his family and they all bought me a few beers, while i signed a napkin. I look nothing like Julian Dicks.

Wife got me an awful wool jumper that I absolutely hate, but she seems to love and has insisted I wear it for Christmas Day with her family. Today I "accidentally" put it on a boil wash followed by 3 hours in the tumble drier. Won't even fit the cat by the time it comes out.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas time elicits nostalgia, and what better than some #Boro nostalgia in the form of TLF and Robbo celebrating the festive season?

All the best to you all, much love x

Back at the #Boro on Saturday after what feels like an eternity.

Wife surprised me with tickets for us and our son (my daughter opted to not bother - wise move perhaps?)

So difficult to get to games these days, so absolutely love the opportunity when it comes round. #UTB

Lovely arrival in the post today, brings back memories of Bryan Robson marauding the midfield at a time when anything felt possible in the red of the #Boro.

The aura he had is so much that just looking at this shirt, as it would’ve looked back then, gives me proper goosebumps.

Vastly improved second half, and we could’ve nicked it but for better finishing and composure, but I guess the same could be said for Burnley too.

A point is a fair result, and a good result for us too.

Keeps us in the top six going into the Leeds game.

Well played #Boro #UTB

Only takes a defeat for the stream of negativity to rear its ugly head.

Fucking boring. #Boro

Massively frustrating evening.

Flat, lacklustre, uninspiring, slow, everything we haven’t been of late.

The Championship is a proper war of attrition, and nights like tonight remind us that there’s still plenty of work to do.

Move on quickly, on to the next one. #Boro

Bit of a sobering first half after our exploits in recent weeks.

McGree getting injured is hugely disappointing, but it’s a good opportunity for Hamilton to get a fair few minutes under his belt.

Need more zip in the second half. #Boro

Azaz in the form of his life, such a shame to see him miss out, but we’ve got some proper squad depth.

Can’t help but feel confident given our current form.

Come on #Boro!!

He’s always going to be linked to these sorts of jobs, but he’s stated quite clearly that he enjoys at #Boro and has a desire to see the project through.

We know how quickly things can change, but this run of form simply cannot be ignored.

Huge credit must go to Carrick and his coaching team for producing a side that can score as freely as we are.

We’ve got some proper talent, and it’s really starting to show.

Get in #Boro!

All eyes undoubtedly on the midfield today, but they’re no mugs.

Brynn has a massive opportunity to stake a claim, but of course hope Dieng is ok.

Plenty of options on the bench, and can’t blame MC for sticking with Burgzorg and ELL after Luton.

Come on #Boro!

I get what you’re saying, but I did mention develop as well, but perhaps we might want to hold on to players a bit longer than we did with someone like Rogers for sure.

But ultimately, anyone is available for the right price.

I’d be gutted to lose him, class player, but ultimately we’re about buying, developing and selling on for profit these days.

Like you say, £15m upwards. Would represent fantastic business.

Wouldn’t be #Boro without the injury woes, but before we were rudely interrupted by the umpteenth international break we were beginning to pick up some momentum.

New ground for us to tick off today, Oxford will be no pushovers, but I can see us picking up where we left off. #UTB

Definite blow.

However, as the article states, we do have options (Dawn) in midfield, so whilst he’ll be a big miss, it’s not like we’re scraping the barrel. #Boro

Always love this story mate.

Picked up the white top from a couple of seasons ago when on holiday there last summer, absolutely love it.

Keep up the great work! Wonderful place, wonderful people too.
