Minnesota stands with trans people. I stand with trans people and I stand up to bullies.

Especially today, I see and value you.

We did not see Anders Folk at our caucuses on February 3 and cannot confirm at this time he has signed the DFL affirmation statement that nearly 1200 SD60 DFLers signed last Tuesday.

We will do our absolute best to keep our neighbors safe during these chaotic and dangerous political times.

At a time when Republicans are demanding MN voter rolls, our children are too afraid to go to school out of fear of being kidnapped by Trump’s masked killer goons, and attacking & slandering our Somali neighbors, the SD60DFL exec committee has revoked the Folk campaign’s access to our caucus data.

Over 1,000 Senate District 60 DFL neighbors gathered tonight to discuss the issues that matter most to us.

We look forward to seeing all our SD60 DFL delegates & alternates on Sunday, March 22 at Edison High School at 10:00am.

A social media statement from Minnesota Senate District 60 DFL that reads: Minnesota Must Stand Against Fear and Intimidation The Trump administration has deployed ICE officers across Minneapolis and St. Paul, specifically targeting our Somali community. There have been several credible reports of ICE abducting and harassing our neighbors in Minneapolis over the last several days. We will not be silent as families are harassed in their homes, workplaces, and streets. This is an attack on our community and our values. Somali Minnesotans are the backbone of this state’s fabric. Attempts to criminalize, dehumanize, or terrorize them are unacceptable — and we stand firmly against it. If you’re at risk, know your rights and keep documentation with you. If you witness ICE activity, act as a peaceful legal observer and document what you see. Our message is simple: we do not, and will not turn our backs on our neighbors.
