What Pierre Poilievre leaves out here is that the previous Conservative government cut military spending to 0.99% of GDP, and the liberal government was investing heavily in the military, and was on track to have it up to 2% by 2025 until the pandemic hit
Many Canadians are happy with the latest polls, but the Conservatives have a well-funded and organized apparatus to identify Conservative voters and make sure that they vote.
