I'm fairly certain each of the two buses in this photo have more passengers than all of the cars visible.

I got some numbers from ML&S at Christie and Bickford.

Since Oct 2024, 160 visits, 8 warnings, 12 charges.

TPS presence in 1 of 3 "operational plans" in 2026 due to "limited availability"

Anecdotally I can count the number of times I've not encountered an off leash dog at these parks on one hand.

Occasionally see people yelling into them on subway platforms, not a subject I want to point a camera at though...

How do these all have a single point of failure. This is outrageous.

You're giving them too much credit Steve. I don't know that the consideration was ever in that collective consciousness.

Know your audience I guess.

Forgive me if I choose to ignore realtors "insight and understanding" of pricing dynamics.

Historically speaking they aren't a great litmus test.

If the homes were on the market for 52 days how is the HST cut the primary driver.

What I'm trying to get at is yes, these are all valid claims you're making but they are by no means the majority contributors to market shift at this time.

Mike you know you're allowed to admit you may have jumped the shark occasionally.

I opt to make the trek to 777 Bay whenever I need to go for this reason.

I've lucked out for a while by not needing to go there physically for years but I'm sure that'll end sooner or later.

There's a good chance that the Alto High Speed Rail line might not terminate at #Toronto's Union Station.

A stop north of downtown isn't ideal—but it might be the best chance that the project has to get built on schedule.

Jesus Christ. I've been saying this for months and getting yelled at for it the whole time.

Not sure it's available at all locations but some of them offer appointments. You'll still wait to some extent but WAY less.

Prefacing this with I know nothing of the quality of Alberta camping but....

If it were accessible wouldn't it not be back country?

Trickle-down economics is real; what no one mentions is the stream is full of risk, not wealth or affordability.

The HST cut is only on units sold after April 1st and they'd still be preconstruction or in very early construction.

They'd have no impact on resale rates, people buying resale now are not the same demo as people buying precon for 1-3 years from now.

This was been happening before that announcement. Delusional/pressured sellers are finally giving way.

The HST agreement will add downward pressure but it's a bit soon to see already.
