Today’s #CoalitionforVaccination meeting was a success, with keynote addresses from DG SANTE, EMA, and a roundtable of the Coalition members. The Coalition will continue to coordinate targeted information campaigns, in close cooperation with the Commission, EMA, and ECDC.
The annual in-person #CoalitionforVaccination meeting is ongoing. DG SANTE expressed support for the Coalition, outlined the ongoing challenges on vaccination, the history of the Council conclusions, finished and ongoing projects, and emphasised the importance of the new #SafeHeartsPlan.

@ICUData4EU GA ended with an interesting demonstration of the confederated data sharing platform, which will be powered by an AI search engine based on SNOMED CT. #EFN will continue to follow these developments closely ensuring they align with the #nurses perspective.
#EFN is following the second @ICUData4EU General Assembly taking place in Cluj, Romania, which was opened with interesting presentations from Work Packages 1,2,3, and a meaningful discussion on the primary use cases of the data sharing platform.
The 121st EFN GA is now over. The EFN wants to thank all the EFN Members for the important discussions held over the past 2 days, which provide a clear path forward for EFN’s lobby work in the upcoming months, and is happy to welcome the new EFN EXCOM and two new EFN Members.
EFN Members were briefed on the EFN’s ongoing work within the EU-funded projects @BeWell, #NursingAction, @KEEPCARING, and @ICUData4EU, working towards delivering concrete improvements at frontline on upskilling, recruitment & retention, mental health, and data interoperability.
