It appears Great Britain set a remarkable new record for clean power this afternoon: between 3pm and 3.30pm, just 420 MW of 33,640 MW electricity generation was coming from fossil fuels (all gas)

I'm not the biggest fan of Starmer, but it is so painfully obvious what's happening.
The billionaire owned media are in full panic mode because they know support for Farage is on borrowed time and they're trying to force a GE so they can get their guy in No 10.

According to Reuters Russian oil output has had to be cut by 300-400,000 barrels per day as it no longer has the pumping and refinery capacity to cope, nor the export capacity to sell it abroad. All of course, a result of Ukraine’s drone attacks!
