My rule of thumb is to keep raising prices until you're getting pushback. If you're not getting pushback on price then it's probably not high enough

Regardless, internal technical teams should be assisting with critical workflows like double-checking that accounting entries match up with actuals.
Having done a limited amount of accounting reconciliation work, I think data teams could be helpful here.
