`I'm 17, building this solo from India.
Building in public.
If you use AI coding agents and want early access — waitlist link in bio
So I built Overseer.
File watcher → diff extraction → analysis → WebSocket broadcast → live dashboard.
Plain English narration of what your AI agent is writing. As it writes it.
npx overseer watch
The existing solutions miss the point.
Code review tools (CodeRabbit, PR agents) catch problems after you commit. Too late for real understanding.
What developers need is narration — in real time, as the agent writes.
I talked to developers who've been coding for 8+ years.
"I skim the diff and hope for the best."
"I understand maybe 60% on a good day."
"I just test it instead of reading it now."
These aren't beginners. This is the new normal.
There's a moment every developer using an AI agent has felt.
Your agent finishes. You look at the diff. 300 lines. 8 files.
And you think: "...what did it just do?"
This feeling has a name. I'm calling it the comprehension gap. And it's growing.
dont worry i will upgrade overseer more and more later users with higher subscriptions will get features resolving such issues and get far better analyses its just because overseer is currently in development the MVP is ready but not the production version . i use overseer daily for my projects
Every time your AI agent builds in the wrong direction, you do not just lose that code. You lose the context window it took to write it. Then you spend more context correcting it. Then more regenerating it.
i've got another upgrade on overseer the tool i was working on i made further upgrade in it now rather than code analyses and issues finding overseer now reads project context and suggest better approaches , shows architecture decisions , agent alignment and many more detailed dev info
Context bleed is the silent killer of AI-assisted development. Every time your agent builds in the wrong direction, you don't just lose that code — you lose the context window it took to write it, and another chunk to undo it. #ai #dev #vibecoder #Ai #Aidev #devtools #trending #claude #mythos
good new everyone !!!!!! overseer is finally live on the server and on 20th april it will be available to dev to use and work with it . it will be a beta testing and there will be some issues i have set up a waitlist for people to join and can join using this link overseer-zeta.vercel.app
Agentic automation is the biggest lie in the industry . yes no AI is can automate things on its own you will always need a human in the loop because human can think and connect dots but AI can't ai can enhance its output but it will start diverting from its original path soon #ai #Aiautomation #devs
AI is exactly like calculators they give you power but not thinking just like calculator require you to know how mathematics works AI also requires you to know the fundamentals of things no matter what is it either be business , development, writing anything you need to know how it works . #AI #dev
even i left X because they suspended my account which i was using to tell people about my new dev tool without any solid reason saying that i broke their rules and i was heavily marketing on my account which i was not just because people were asking about my tool X thought i was marketing on it 🤧
ill be creating a waiting list for people to join the early testing and early users will get free access to premium features for the rest of their lives and the tool will be opened for testing in a week . if you are a vibe coder or dev you can join the waitlist to get lifetime subscription for free
I have finally decided to launch my dev tool to the industry . its currently in testing phase and results are actually greater than expected . i have decided to do a subscription based model but only for some features but the main feature that is analyses will always be free😄. #devtool #Aidev #vibe
People who are scared that their jobs will be taken by AI are those exact people who don't want to change or upgrade themselves , AI won't take your job and never will AI is just a tool like calculators but you should know how to use them and if you won't someone else will #AIdev #Ai #devtools #ai
exactly thats the promise ai made when they said it would change the software industry , people who are scared to lose their job to AI are those who don't want to change or upgrade themselves , i decided to learn coding in last 2025 but changed at the exact moment and became a vibe developer
Ai has facilitated coding and development a lot im a vibe developer myself and learning to code at this time would be the biggest mistake of your career but rather you should be learning developmental fundamentals and use cases of different architectures if you really wanna save your future
yes this is true but good context doesn't mean writing a bigger prompt it means to give required info and details that are necessary llm's can connect other dots by themselves by the given prompt so you don't actually need to explain everydetails just give it necessary details required for the task
im thinking of making my dev tool maintream for other devs for free as i build it to solve my own problem but i have realised that there are more devs like me who are struggling with coding agents and they cost a lost to work with. what are your thoughts on it
#vibecoding #Aidev #claude #devtools
this problem is called context bleed , it happens a lot when long building sessions are held i faced this problem before and decided to fix it with my dev tool , it takes previous contexts to check if the agent is drifting from original path or hallucinating
thats was actually the real reason i build overseer because i having a lot of problems with agent generated code so when i decided to became a vibe developer the first things i did was to solve this exact problem of mine no i dont need to worry about hallucination, bugs or security etc anymore
i used to be a vibe coder but learned real development because no ai can replace real dev which made me a vibe developer meaning i can ship fast industry ready projects without worry with equal professionalism as a traditional dev
ohhh thats actually overseer solves you won't need to hand role your code anymore you can just vibe while understanding everything or worrying about bad architecture or bugs or security issues
we should be using ai as leverage rather than depending on it , todays vibe coders are depended on their agents rather than learning real development and using ai for speed , ai was made to make humans think more and not stop it entirely
Hey Bluesky 👋
This is my first post here!
I’m Aashish, a 17 years old self thought vibe developer and founder of overseer and a polymath with adhd and humour
I used to be a full-time vibe coder 😂
You know the drill
Claude, write this code, make no mistakes
