#SurvivorAU *definitely* has not always done twists right, but recently, and the latest season especially, seems to have found a sweet spot where the twists let the players make interesting moves. Rather than fuck their games up. #Survivor50

There are some slight comparisons between #Survivor50 and a typical #Kohlanta season. Large cast, double boots, twinned destinies, guaranteed votes against for screwing up a challenge, and a constant focus on the most arrogant men they can find.
My planned trip to Paris for Pride 🏳️🌈 got a bit bollocksed up, had to be deferred two days cos of a work event, then my usual cheapo hotel whacked their prices up, might scrap the whole thing. I was mostly going to have a sly cigarette and fuck some French guys and I can do that here.

Everyone moaning about cycling in London (which includes me from time to time), records show there are 139,000 bike commuters daily. Do you think yer commute would be improved if 100,000 peolle decided to drive instead? Or get on the tube?

Ive fallen so far behind on #KohLanta Les Reliques du Destin five episodes which is like 8 hours.... is this a good season? The last few have been unlikeable.
(I don't mean to make light of it. The pain is obviously real, but seems to me natural post-op pain, will take time to heal... but it will heal. And I told her that too).
My mum, in that british way of not saying anything until you must, last week said she was fine then yesterday said she was in so much pain she'd rather be dead. Told her that compared to the woes of parents of my peer group she (and my dad) were basically superhuman. She liked that.
Think its only me and my husband still watching #TheBoys among our peer group. Others are like "oh is it still on?".
