Trump once again talked to Putin just before meeting with Zelensky. Why? To get instructions for what to agree on? To few! 100000 fully armed plus air support would be more appropriate! It will probably be hard to summon that many from EU countries but if Turkey, Canada, Norway and some other countries assist too! An agreement should also include security guarantees from Ukraine to participating countries!

Europe must step up. We can no longer expect the US to cover for us. Europe must start massive armament to be able to defend itself and in the short term also to provide security for Ukraine. US it seems can no longer be trusted. Nothing to be expected from them.

Sweden presented the largest aid package yet to be sent to Ukraine. 13.5 billion SEK which is a bit more than 1.2 billion USD. The package is primarly arms and investments in production of long range weapons in Ukraine.
