Suuuuper overdue commission for a friend that helped me out immensely during the film industry strike a couple years ago. Earthgaron is my second favorite Mechagodzilla and if you still haven't watched Ultraman Blazar yet, DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR.
Added several ink sketches to the shop. ko-fi.com/xenofauna/shop
(The Godzilla in this particular quartet was a commission, the rest are in the shop.)

The fact that characters/stories created before WWII can still be under copyright and trade mark is completely insane and pisses me off everytime I think about it.
Superman is one of the best characters, supporting cast, and narrative setups in comics. Love that guy. Can't wait until he's fully back in the public domain where he belongs
I hope that the day Superman enters the public domain, Alan Moore announces heβs unretired from comics
This week, Eric returns! And heβs here to chat with Anthony about this under-appreciated entry in Joe Danteβs filmography! Check it out!

I love hearing people's favorite Godzilla movie choices, because it's an equal mix of "It's a tragic metaphor for nuclear destruction that continues to resonate" and "The filmmaking is a lovely blend of tokusatsu action and human drama" and "I like Gigan because he's handsome"
DA FLY!! Not to be confused with the Mansect! But I did base this on my own Fly cosplay. Which we repurposed for MANSECT. So.

This is my first re-read of this great little meta #horror #book! I "what if an evil dead styled possession plot happened during the making of an Italian jungle cannibal movie?" is a hell of a pitch! It goes hard
Do you know what I'd do if I had even ONE project of mine turn into a Simpsons/Family Guy/whatever and it was still raking in cash even though The Internet said it "stopped being good" or I'd "lost my touch?"
I'd keep making it until somebody FORCED me to stop.
A thing I'll NEVER understand is when creators of anything say they want to "go out on top" or "not end up like George Lucas or 'The Simpsons'" and what they mean is "Have people say the show isn't good on the internet.
Fellas ...you know you can just NOT CARE, right?
Dracula.
Thinking about the Tetsuo: The Iron Man inspired Sophie Thatcher photoshoot again.
