Why Poetry Matters in a Time of Ecological Change The evidence of feeling

Why does poetry matter in a time of ecological change?
Because science tells us what’s happening — but poetry reminds us why it matters. 🌿

It helps us feel our belonging to place, and that feeling fuels action.
