I'm far from the first person to point this out but "cozy" as an aesthetic carries its own political assumptions with it, and a lot of (most?) "cozy" games don't engage with those implicit ideas at all.

When a game's idea of "cozy" is just "without conflict/difficulty/struggle," what does that say?
