Got to hang out with friends after a few months of not being able to meet with each other. It was extremely fun and I laughed like a madman. Ended up sleeping the entirety of yesterday when I got back home and I don't think I have felt this well rested in a long time...

Just tried to practice some dithering. I am not quite sure how to apply it just yet.

Oh that does sound complicated... I will say that if it's due to being unable to sleep you might want to burn some energy by doing some light exercise or just going out for a walk. Sometimes your body is not as tired as your mind and you need to put them in sync so both can properly rest!

Is it a "I have too much to do and I don't have enough time to properly rest" or a "My body refuses to sleep properly" kind of situation?
