Cheers for the heads up on this one Gavin. A band that sorta passed me by despite liking a lot of 4AD. This is an amazing comp, really enjoying it- also grabbed the recent Dennis Bovell and Joseph Kamaru albums from Disciples too 👍
Lulu did a PA for the HMV I used to work for. She was incredibly rude. After she settled in, we popped in to ask if she needed anything, but were refused admission as she hadn’t put her make up on. All we were told was ‘Lulu likes Starbucks’ which I now repeat whenever she pops up on TV.

Was just listening to The Tuss Cd’s the other day- really are good. Thought I’d lost them!
Also I Care… is a sorta double on the Aphex Warp site download version with the SoundCloud bonus tracks. I like a lot of them more than some of the actual album tracks.

Oh good to know thanks, I’m just CD or Download only now though. Always prefer Bandcamp for downloads, but do generally get Ghost Box stuff via Bleep as they always give you a download with the CD too.
Yeah I asked Cate on Instagram and she said it won’t be on Bandcamp alas, I guess like the Ghost Box stuff might be a licensing thing maybe(?). I found the digital on Bleep so will prob grab from there.

So sad to hear the news that J Saul Kane has passed. Such a legend. Nine Deadly Venoms an amazing album. And the Octogon Man stuff too. Always hoped he’d put his stuff on Bandcamp one day. I’d have happily bought it all again. RIP
