We have a wood stove in the basement and fortunately it heats the whole house quite well. The open concept helps draw the heat up to the top floor.

I made my special peanut butter cookies today. Canna sugar, canna butter and a bit of ground cannabis to make sure that I get an extra special sleep.

We have a pair that live across the road that bark a lot but at least they are a fair distance away.

Helper cats are the best.

I have been experimenting making English muffins. I started with a recipe from my bread machine cookbook and have been improving it. I have changed amounts of ingredients and might have it to where we are happy with the results.
Today instead of raisins, I am going with orange cranberry.

One day at work one of my coworkers was yelling at Siri to tell her where such was located. I just picked up the phonebook and looked at the map and told her where the place was before Siri did. She was about 45 at the time so it isn’t just the young folk.

It scares me. They started dumbing down children back in the 80's, all they really had to do was show up and they would advance.
Now a person doesn't even need to type out the words to get answers. Learning is no longer a thing because they just ask AI.

It has been a super long one at that. I really don’t mind winter because I can’t imagine life without seasons but, enough already. I hope it has made a difference in the water levels because we should get some perk out of it.
