We all love interesting workshops at conferences where we hear about and can discuss most recent work, don't we? For me, it's always hard to decide which workshop to attend at #MODELSconf because there are so many interesting ones! I hope we can give you exactly this feeling at #MODELS2026!
A new #SoSyM #ThemeSection is on the way: “Data-intensive software product lines” edited by Miguel Rodríguez Luaces, Sandra Greiner and José Galindo!

Travelling with Deutsche Bahn #DB: Being late for 45 mins on a planned 3h50 train ride and reaching the connecting train is counted as a success. 😅

Sometimes I would like to answer: If I have what you asked for, I would have sent it to a conference or a journal. 🤷♀️
The paper length in the CfP for workshop papers could also cause that problem. 14-20 pages LNCS is too much to write and read - then reviewers want a full evaluation, and every detail explained. WS papers have the goal to foster a discussion.
Time to celebrate with all authors, editors, reviewers, and readers of #SoSyM articles 🎉: Our impact factors have hit an all-time record! The 2-year impact factor went up to 3.2 and the 5-year impact factor to 2.7.
This shows the growing importance of software and systems modeling!
