I’ve been on a little therapy journey over the last few months and couldn’t be happier with how it’s going but my god it’s kicking my ass lately 😰

I’m looking forward to the day things start to actually feel better because tonight was basically three hours of singing through the worst emotional pain and pretending to be okay and I cba with that anymore.
