I understand Kwesi patient approach. You’re not signing 3 guys at a top of market deals. You’re maybe signing 1 and a 2nd for middle of the market. He clearly has guys he is targeting. But we had the 6th most cap space and it’s crickets.

If you want Will Fries you’re going to have to pay 20 a year. That’s just where the market is at. Is it smart? Probably not. But the Vikings should still do it. You just can’t ignore an obvious problem for 5+ years. Eventually you have to be aggressive

Bradbury is slightly below average and at his contract Kwesi isn’t gonna move off that this year. Brandel is also slight below average. If you get a good RG and Darrisaw back healthy, as well as O’Neil. I think we have a pretty good Oline

Quick dive on Isaiah Rodgers and he’s the exact kind of guy Kwesi targets. Mostly a back up, still very young. When he got a chance to start in limited capacity he excelled. Paying a guy a small deal in hopes of what he can be.

Somebody talk me into being excited about Vikings signing Isaiah Rodgers. Seemingly being very cheap in a position of massive need.
