Finding therapy with someone experienced in adult ASD has been the hardest. Each failed attempt just pushes one further down the rabbit hole... It's tiring.
Not to forget the trauma caused by inexperienced folk who would want to give their practice a try on you until you lose your whole faith. Ugh😭
Crazy, even the main Puerto Rican newspaper, El Nuevo Día, has gone full "Das Reich" on us. I grew up learning so much from that paper.
