My government will use our public land to build 100,000 rent-controlled homes.

Missing gender parity in Cabinet by one woman AND kicking out Karina Gould is a deliberate message. This Cabinet could have had an equal number of women and men. It was a choice not to do that. Because it no longer matters to this government.
