Honestly the holy trinity of Godzilla movies to me is Mothra vs. Godzilla, Ghidorah the 3-Headed Monster, and Godzilla vs. Monster Zero. Just an absolute home run streak of nigh-perfect movies.

Ghidorah the 3-Headed Monster. The conversation between Godzilla, Rodan, and Mothra (with the Shobijin translating) is the biggest highlight, but it's also the start of Godzilla's face turn and has one of the most fun human plots of the series to boot.
