How do you sell before you build for a B2C SAAS?

I have an idea where i want to validate first the people will actually pay for it. I want to setup a landing page and offer a lifetime deal for the first users. They can wait for the launch or get their money back.

I must admit that even though I develop apps for a living the Austrian ID app is beyond my understanding.

Looking at the ratings of Digitales Amt vs the old Handysignatur it seems I am not the only one.

I dislike the bashing on Europe going on right now.

The one positive thing that i take from it is that it pushes our governments to actually do something about the economic situation difficulties right now.

Unfortunately I never noticed mental gains until now 🤷‍♂️

We did that as well. They have the vaccination on stock compared to the normal doctors where you had to go to the pharmacy before to get it.

We used to sing a special song for our oldest kids to get them to sleep. There must be some kind of conditioning. They still get a bit tired if they hear it now 😂

We have a defined test procedure covering all essential user flows that we execute through before every release.

It’s annoying but helps catch a lot of bugs.

We also have some automated test for our app but the maintenance of these feels cumbersome

I made the observation that whilst reducing churn you learn a lot about your customers and their pain points.

And sometimes it just needs a small tweak, bug fix or improvement that made a huge difference.

I don’t get all this Black Friday hype. Is it really worth it from a business perspective to compete for attention as well.

If you consider all the time that companies spend on preparing for it and the discounts that are given I can hardly imagine this is paying off.

The problem is only that the generic error is mostly used for this case only 🤷‍♂️

So you give Someone the right to pull in money from your bank account but if you don’t have enough money on your account the other party has no right to know it.

There is a reason code on disputes for sepa direct debits that tells the other party why the direct debit wasn’t executed.

One of them is that the account is not sufficient funded but due to GDPR a generic error is returned 😐
