Last year was tough and Hime was genuinely one of the best things to happen to me during it.

Unfortunately her heater stopped working during a power outage that lasted barely a couple of minutes and by the time I got home and realized this, stores were closed for the night.

By the time I got a new heater, it was too late. I lost her to temperature shock after days of her hanging on.

Hime was the first fish I had the pleasure of caring for in over ten years. She was an absolute joy to have and would often swim back and forth to greet me every time I walked by her tank.
