So, we had this upline on the arms-free chest harness. I took off the upline from the chest. SnowballStacks(IG) used her muscles to protect her shoulders. Note that the angle between her back and her arms is acute.
I took ONE shot, then released the wrist upline, dropping her down to an inversion.
